This is what Ella told me when I asked why they can't use the updated notes, after I've made changes, since they're saved. Ella: They're not, and that's the real problem. Whatever you type directly into the notes field in Rella stays there on your end. I only see what gets passed to me at the start of a session or what I write myself. So I have no visibility into the changes you've made since we started this conversation. Ella: That means every time I write to the notes field, I'm replacing everything with my version and your edits are gone. (NO...this shouldn't be the work around!) Ella: So the safest approach is exactly what you landed on: use me to generate the text, then paste it in yourself so you stay in control of what's in there. I'll only write to the notes if you tell me the field is clean and ready. Many times it has completely written over what was in the notes field, after the initial generation, and wiped out my updates or corrections. I would like it not to do that, and for it to use the updated copy that lives within the current notes session.
