As a social media manager, sometimes my clients get enthusiastic about content and look at the feed for future content. If it's possible I'd prefer to view the grid with content that isn't attached to a project, that they are unable to view. So, they should only be able to view the grid with content if it's included in a project, not all content.

I schedule the same story for my client to go out a few times a week as a reminder to customers. I would like to be able to schedule and select multiple dates at once within the post planning screen. As of right now, I have to go and duplicate that post 10 times and that takes a lot of time that could be more streamlined.

Social Inbox for other social platforms besides just Instagram

We love sending reports and analysis that rella generates. It would be amazing if when Ella mentions posts in the chat, she can provide a link to the referenced post so we or clients can click to view!

when sharing a link with a client it looks like I have to share on a per project basis, can I be made to share the "root" and all projects under that then show up proactively

Right now, every post I plan has the “All Day” option automatically turned on, and I have to manually turn it off and set a posting time each time. It would be great if: The default setting for “All Day” could be turned off by default (or customizable per user). I could set a default posting time per social account, so I don’t have to manually enter it for every post. Even better: Rella could auto-fill the best-performing posting time based on account insights or AI predictions. For example, if Mondays usually perform best around 8:04 AM, it would automatically schedule posts at that time. This would save a lot of repetitive actions and make scheduling more efficient.

Ability to set Instagram reels as Trial Reels now that the feature is widely available across accounts on the platform.

The Approved button should work with just one click, so users can no longer click on edit or idea. It would also be great if clients could adjust the caption themselves. Ideally, I’d like to send a link with the posts that are ready, and all they have to do is swipe and click. They should land on a single page and not be able to access the calendar. In the end, I can see what they’ve changed in the version history. I really love this feature in Notion, and I miss it a lot.

Ex: see separate sections for Posts and Reels

Currently you can only do this on laptop but it would be amazing if you can choose the cover image from the reel on your phone too as I create content and review on my phone so it’s just a pain having to go on my laptop just for this.
