I would love to request a dedicated Client Information section within each Social Space — separate from Notes and separate from the creative planning area. This would be structured information entered during the initial setup process when creating a Social Space for a client, similar to how we currently set up their persona or brand voice. Instead of storing this in unstructured notes, it would be a clearly defined area for key client details such as: -Full client name -Primary contact information (point of contact, phone number, email, etc) -And any other essential internal account details/data The main goal is to centralize important client information inside their Social Space. Right now, I find myself toggling between multiple screens to reference contact information. If this lived directly within the client’s Social Space, it would significantly streamline workflow and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth navigation. Even better, deeper integration could make this section more functional. For example, when sending clients access to their content, notifications, workflows, etc, Rella could automatically pull their contact information from this Client Information section within that Social Space.
