When uploading a carousel that contains both photos and videos, the system does not allow it. However, this is something that can be done directly through Instagram, so I was wondering if there is a setting or workaround that I'm missing.

I'd love to be able to send a full Mock Up of a social feed to the client before I spend the time adding each post for schedule. I would be able to make a grid showing what the Cover photos or content looks like. It could have the cover photo or the verbiage of the type of content - Carousel, Reel, Photo, Ect. This would allow me to strategically plan in Rella and not in Canva and multiple other sending methods to the clients.

Add a 'key takeaways/highlight/summary' section for each Analytics Report so it shows at the top of the report. I typically type this out in the email, but I would like a space to be attached to the analytic report so when the client opens it, they can see it and compare it to the report instead of needing to have their email tab open and switch back to rella.

Would be great if we could select a still from the video and add a quick title in Rella. This way I don't have to use another tool to quickly design a thumbnail with title and upload this again.

Connect directly with any email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp, Kit, etc.), so it can automatically send or schedule email campaigns for you. This would be amazing for social media managers who also do email marketing x

I'm currently able to reply to Instagram comments through Rella, but I don't see a way to reply to Facebook or TikTok comments. Is comment replying supported for those platforms? Can you let us know if it's possible now, or if it's on the roadmap?

The ability to combine all analytics into a downloadable pdf/csv report

As a social media manager for service-based and aesthetic clients, the curation of a grid matters a lot, so having a social preview for Instagram and/or TikTok would be incredibly helpful.
