Add an easy-access tab for permanent notes
S
Shirelle
In/near the 'Social Spaces' section or near 'Invite Friends' it would be great to have an easy-access permanent notes section beyond the notes that are within the content items. This is helpful so all 'general' notes to yourself that aren't related to a content pillar, for example - strategy, mission statement, etc. are in one place to easily view as you are creating captions, etc.

It would be nice to have a notes are to leave specific things about a client (not on a specific post). For example, the content plan or newsletter structure for quick reference.

Hi Tiffany DeBoer our team is tracking this request here: https://rellasocial.canny.io/feature-requests/p/add-an-easy-access-tab-for-permanent-notes
In the meantime, we recommend create a separate status for this!

a general "notes" section within each workspace

We manage multiple restaurant accounts, and each client has a lot of static information (such as Happy Hour offerings) that we currently have to click into Notion to view. It would be incredibly helpful to have a Notes section and an Attachments section at the client level.
Notes Section: For quick, editable reference items like Happy Hour times, promos, or standard offerings.
Attachments Section: For files such as menus, one-sheets, or brand assets that can be easily uploaded and accessed without digging through Notion.
Having this all visible from the client’s main view would save time, reduce clicks, and keep our team aligned.

We're looking forward to having a permanent Notes section within Rella! Stay tuned for more details here: https://rellasocial.canny.io/feature-requests/p/add-an-easy-access-tab-for-permanent-notes
In the meantime, we recommend creating a custom status and utilize the Notes section.
To reference files, we recommend using the Files section for storage. Alternatively, you can create a new Project and upload files to the Media section!

Notes Tab

Can we add a tab (like board, calendar, etc) where we can upload notes? For instance, I have all clients submit an onboarding form and it would be awesome to have that uploaded into their account and where we can brainstorm their content pillars/DM Funnels, DM Scripts, etc

PLANNING DOCS

Docs for planning! Just "docs" as an extra tab next to the board.
I'd loveee an internal pages tab that allowed for brain dumping ideas, meeting notes, strategy notes, extra information from a client, shoot planning etc. Takes away google docs.
A share link for the client to view/add notes as well to a document would be great!

A place to put notes of each client without them seeing it

Without having to create a new content square or a project. Maybe a tab in the space name area. Having an area where I can put some frequent notes and revision notes for their branding would help a lot instead of constantly having to switch to my client management board and rella.

Dedicated "notes" tab beside "board" "calendar" and "previews"

I realize you can essentially create a new board name for this - but the layout still looks like a content piece. If the card opened and could look like a blank page to house ongoing ideas, caption suggestions, brainstorms, it would help explain to clients what those ideas are for!

It would be great to have a notes page installed where I can put ideas and thoughts together so it can be separate from the grid and socials

ADD "NOTES" TAB TO SPACE
L
Laura Rivera-Rexach
It would be amazing to have a "NOTES" tab or section within each space to manage specific details about each project/client. Maybe an overall and a notes section per 'folder'. I just personally don't need so much note space for each post as much as I need as an overall to keep track from a big picture pov.
