• We can revoke access anytime (or make the link expire)
• So past clients or the public can’t keep seeing it
So instead of “Anyone with link can view”:
-Share only to specific email addresses
Set permission = Viewer
When a client ends or a team member leaves the company, just remove their email → instantly no access
Or change the link sharing to “Restricted” so the old link completely dies

when sharing a link with a client it looks like I have to share on a per project basis, can I be made to share the "root" and all projects under that then show up proactively

Sharing the whole calendar is pretty crucial for our team!
We have projects for the different departments of the company that we promote (so each team can see what content is specific to them)
BUT we need for everyone to see how their posts are scheduled amongst the other departments (or else each departments goes 'but there is an opening here, here, here, and here. you can squeeze in another one for us!' when in reality there are posts from other projects that they can't see from their project view)
would love to know the timeline for when this feature is coming out!

This would be incredibly helpful! All my Clients ask about this, also the ability to see posts that have been shared in the calendar without needing to resend links each time.

Jade Rideout Noted! Also, you don't have to resend the link when new content is added to a Project. Just use Automations!

I have client that would like to see her business' whole social space, including the calendar. As of now, only being able to see the specific projects isn't super efficient.

Please let us be able to share the full calendar with all projects included, not just separate calendars for individual projects.
