Tagging clients in Public chat.

I'd love to be able to tag my clients when I respond to the comments they left in the Public chat so I don't have to follow up with them through a separate email and can keep everything in the same place! Something like @(name) to notify them!

Hi Caitlin Untinen if your client chooses to leave feedback they will receive a notification when you reply if they entered in their email address!
