Status changing INCORRECTLY

I’ve had a few occasions now where the content isn’t auto posting due to clients not approving in time which is fine but then the status’s change to posted and looks like it has been posted but when you check social media it isnt there. That means I’m having to review each platform as rella is saying it’s posted when it hasn’t. Maybe a condition needs to be out in place where if the content isn’t posted it doesn’t automatically change the status.
