Smarter scheduling defaults per account

Right now, every post I plan has the “All Day” option automatically turned on, and I have to manually turn it off and set a posting time each time.
It would be great if:
- The default setting for “All Day” could be turned off by default (or customizable per user).
- I could set a default posting time per social account, so I don’t have to manually enter it for every post.
- Even better: Rella could auto-fill the best-performing posting time based on account insights or AI predictions. For example, if Mondays usually perform best around 8:04 AM, it would automatically schedule posts at that time.
This would save a lot of repetitive actions and make scheduling more efficient.

Yes! I would LOVE preferred/recommended post times for each platform. I use another program for a different client because it's what they have, and when I drop a piece of content into the calendar, it auto schedules it for the most ideal time based on their analytics. Would love to see that in Rella!

I’d love to see the ability to set preferred posting windows per platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook), based on when my audience is most active. For example, if I know Instagram performs best between 9–11 AM and Facebook is better from 6–8 PM, I’d like to:
• Set custom scheduling timeframes for each platform.
• Have the “All Day” scheduling option only select a time within those windows (instead of randomly choosing any time of day).
• Ideally, get suggested time slots within those windows (similar to “Best Time to Post” tools, but customizable based on my data).
• Be able to save this as a default for each client profile so I don’t have to reset it every time.
This would make bulk scheduling and content planning so much easier, especially when managing multiple clients with different engagement patterns!

Also side note.. can someone explain exactly what 'All day' does? I get that it will get put at the top of the list... but if I auto-post, what time of the day does it get posted as it doesn't have a specific time?

Hi Julia Laurilla, great question! "All Day" is defaulted to 12pm in your time zone.

Yaaaaasss best times would be the best - a lot of other scheduling platforms have that and I do wish Rella had that based on the specific client/social space
