a project management dashboard that shows all tasks that need to be completed outside of social like graphics, photoshoot planning, activation/event tasks, etc. A place where we can task different members with their to-do's, tags with who it's assigned to, due dates, priority and get updates -- all in once place. maybe a social space option that isn't necessarily a calendar. it's just a place to 'brain dump'

I would love to be able to go to one place and see all my tasks across all spaces. I would also love to be able to toggle and see what my team is doing too. Sorry if someone already submitted this! I LOVE the direction Rella is going! Its been a game changer and I continue to see it up my agency's game! Keep it up!

adding my vote here...this is SO needed. I'm hoping to eliminate the need for Notion but not quite ready to given the limitations Rella has for project mgt.
In addition to these other suggestions, it would be great to have tasks that are 'client tasks' so they have more of client portal/dashboard as well.

Would love a space that shows all tasks that are assigned/due for an individual in one space, rather than having to go into each 'Space' and viewing the boards. Having something like a 'home page/profile page' for each person for their pending tasks would be awesome.
Ex: i click on my "profile" and it shows all tasks assigned to me/due for ALL spaces.

Would love to have some team integration features to make it easier for my agency to know what needs to be done, who's working on what, and tasks that need to be completed all in one view.
Right now, I have to go through all individual social spaces to see what's needing to be done, how many Reels/Posts are completed or missing, who has tasks that are not completed, etc. It would be nice to have a "Team Dashboard" that shows everything in one place. This Dashboard also needs to be customizable to choose which view/info we want to see. This space would also have a chat option so we can easily discuss, tag, or upload things within our team so we are all on the same page. Group chats and individual chats.
It would also be nice to have customizable tasks for social space projects to share within our team, not just the content within the space. We create a new project under each social space for each month and there are certain tasks associated with each project that need to be completed before the end of the month. It would be nice to see from a glance if those tasks have been done. Example: All Content Completed, Content scheduled, Content sent for review, Client followup, Edits needed/made, Analytics sent.....
I would also like a feature added for Admin members to be able to edit teammates settings. I am having to use their logged in devices to change notifications and settings instead of being able to do it from a Company Settings Page on the main page.

This update is so much needed! Please consider a feature where users could make a notification filter not only for email and push notifications, but in the notification center itself. That would be of great use, as the main problem for our whole team is that it is tough to track individual tasks on the platform. It would be great if each user had a tab with a list of all assigned tasks across multiple projects. In this case, we won't lose time looking for tasks by manually searching through all existing projects (which is an extensive additional work).
Current problem:
When a team has multiple projects on the left side bar, it gets very hard to track individually assigned tasks and get timely notifications on content where you were tagged, unless you sign up for emails or push notifications which is not always an option. Personally, I tried sgning up for email notifications and tried it with a comment feature only, but the system sends me notifications with all comments, not only the ones where I was tagged. Imagine when you have 10+ team members and over 30 projects with active work. It's chaos in your inbox, not a work pace.

We’re an agency with multiple team members who each handle specific responsibilities. For example, one of our creative team members focuses exclusively on reels.
Rella is just on the cusp of being a great collaborative tool — we love its potential. However, when it comes to managing tasks and assignments, we still have to rely heavily on Notion. Because tasks are divided across different client workspaces, certain team members end up missing assignments, especially since we manage multiple clients and our notification feeds get overloaded.
It would be incredibly helpful to have a centralized view or global Kanban board where team members can see all of their assignments across workspaces. This would make Rella a true all-in-one hub for collaboration and project management.
