You can now manage which statuses are eligible for auto posting! Access under your Social Space settings on the Workflow tab. Available on Rella Premium & Premium Plus. Find more details here: https://getrella.com/tutorials/approvals

The statuses of posts don't seem to matter. They get posted anyway.

Posts that are left as pending will get posted if auto post is turned on and a platform is chosen. Those shouldn't go out if the client hasn't changed the status to approved yet.

OR a toggle feature where certain members cannot post/publish unless authorized by a manager/admin

yes this is so important when dealing with multiple clients and their responses to posts on an ongoing and rotating basis - having to police the content to ensure it has been approved as well as changed/adjusted to suit the client's changes, especially with multiple clients, is not ideal. Not posting until the content is approved is best practice.
