I love the platform, but for the price it is, I was kind of disappointed at the analytics. Especially for Instagram. Coming from Metricool, I am able to see followers and reach by country and city, which hashtags garnered the most clicks, etc. As a social media agency founder, I've had clients that bought followers in the past and they try to blame low reach on my team and our only saving grace was showing them that their top posts/cities are in Brazil when they're a local business in the states. It's also helped us troubleshoot and course correct in these moments as opposed to wasting employee time and contractor money making posts that aren't converting. I know you can see this stuff in the app, but when you have 10+ clients at any given time, signing in to each individual one defeats the purpose of the scheduling platform. I was on the fence about the two platforms and was going to officially make the switch for my team, despite the higher price point, but this missing feature might be the deal breaker.
Otherwise, the functionality of the platform is great.

any update on this ?

Yes please!! More detailed analytics are the biggest feature that is lacking compared to other schedulers. Things like Growth Rate (in a percentage), number of posts per type, demographics insight..

Coming from Meticool, they have more in detail with their analytics reports showing us our audience coming from or the top content was and why it was. Also give hashtags reporting.

Agree with everything above!! I too came from Metricool - Rella has been absolutely amazing when it comes to collaboration and making the approval process much much easier. A real down side IS the analytics - I honestly can't even get any analytics because you have to sign in to Facebook?? Some clients don't have a Facebook account only Instagram. Even when they do have Facebook and I try to sign in I get "oops something went wrong" - not sure if I'm missing something on my end... If this could be fixed I'm all game!!!!, but as of right now this could be a deal breaker for me too.

Claire Blanchard I had this exact same issue! Once I removed Metricool from Business Integrations on Facebook, it only then allowed me to connect to Instagram.
