I'm coming from Sprout Social and one feature of their Inbox interface I miss is that when you reply to a comment or DM it automatically puts a blue check next to it and marks it complete. You can also manually mark a message complete if you've seen it and decide to not reply. You can toggle on a filter that hides comments and Dm's Marked complete so that it disappears from the inbox dashboard. This leaves you with only the comments and DM's left to respond to. If you need to go back to a message you marked complete you just toggle on the filter again and it's all there. With Rella I have been really struggling to keep track of what I have and have not responded to, especially if it is a DM that I can't respond to right away. DM's and comments are slipping through the cracks. With Sprout you can also still view old messages even if you can't respond anymore because of the 6 day limit. If these issues do not improve I will likely return to Sprout Social when my Rella subscription is up. Community engagement is way too important.
