Having the activity bar include when a project/content was sent to a client/team member

The activity bar currently tracks any changes in a piece of content (change in status, change in assignee, etc.). Having it track when a link was sent to a client/other team member would be incredibly helpful, especially when multiple people are collaborating on one project!

This could be manual or automatic when you copy the link or send an email or just add a box to tick once sent to client. Would be good to see this from the board view and calendar view without having to click in to the tiles too.
