I wanted to share some feedback and a feature request based on how I use Rella day to day in a livestock marketing agency environment.

I manage social media on behalf of a single marketing agency that promotes multiple cattle sales and auctions, many of which run concurrently during peak sale weeks. Because all of this work is handled under one agency umbrella, it makes the most sense for me to operate within one space, rather than creating separate spaces for each individual sale or ranch. Splitting these into multiple spaces would not reflect how our agency operates and would add unnecessary complexity.

Within that single space, I often need to share a controlled, time-bound view of upcoming auction-related posts with my boss for approval. Ideally, this would be a navigable week or month calendar view that clearly shows how multiple cattle sales and auctions are laid out at once. That type of overview paints a much clearer picture than sending individual post links.

At the moment, sharing single links is cumbersome and doesn’t communicate the full scope or flow of the schedule very well. I frequently find myself manually recreating and copying my own monthly calendar to send for review, which slows my process down and ultimately counters the efficiency I’m paying for by using Rella.

Additionally, the limitation that each post can only be assigned to one project makes this workflow harder. To provide visibility, I have to duplicate posts into a separate project solely for review purposes, which adds extra steps and increases the risk of confusion or version mismatches.

If a shared calendar view isn’t possible, it would be extremely helpful to allow posts to be assigned to more than one project, such as a primary working project and a view-only approval project. Either of these improvements would significantly streamline approvals and better support agency workflows centered around auction schedules.

I rely heavily on Rella during high-volume cattle sale and auction weeks and genuinely value the platform. Enhancing calendar sharing or enabling multi-project posts would remove friction and allow the tool to fully support the way agencies like ours operate.
