Enable Cropping Inside Fixed Ratios

It should be possible to crop images manually. Currently, we can set them to formats like 1:1, 4:5, or 9:16, but we can’t actually crop within the image at those formats. For example, I have an image and I’d like to crop into the texture or material — but that level of control isn’t available.

rella has this feature to resize the photo but the think is we can't get any part we want, it's not flexible. let say i just wanna have the right corner of the photo and zoom it little bit but we can only put it move it to up and down or left to right
