Easier client approvals :)

I tested out what it would look like for clients to receive content via mobile, and it's not super easy to navigate. Would love a mobile app, or a way for them to be able to easily view content and click from one to the next instead of hitting back and scrolling over to click into each post. Also realized they can't edit captions directly!

It would be great to have an option for clients to hit an 'Approve All' button or setting when there are no changes.

Client Onboarding + Workflow

I wanted to provide some candid, constructive feedback regarding my experience using the platform. To give you some context, I fully intend to remain with Rella because of the amazing potential it has. As someone who loves and works in tech, my personal experience with the platform has been incredibly helpful. I have utilized a lot of your features, and it has genuinely streamlined my internal workflow.
However, I am hitting a major wall when it comes to the client-facing experience, specifically when working with real estate professionals. In the real estate industry, time is an absolute premium. Agents do not have the bandwidth to figure out how to use a product; it needs to be intuitive right out of the gate. Right now, the friction on the client side is causing significant burnout, which impacts my business and client retention.
First, there are no push notifications for "on-demand" reviews. Real estate agents are incredibly busy and constantly on the move. Right now, they do not receive push notifications allowing them to review on-demand updates regarding content. Because emails easily get lost in their daily pile, they miss critical updates entirely.
Second, the platform utilizes paywalled shortcuts. Currently, users have to pay for an additional seat just to access the home screen Rella shortcut. Restricting this basic ease of access behind a seat fee creates an immediate barrier to entry for the client.
Third, there is a distinct lack of clear client directions. One of my clients explicitly mentioned that it’s simply not clear what they are supposed to do next when they log in. Because the interface isn't intuitive for them, I have to constantly train my own clients. It has turned into an ongoing chore and an inconvenience rather than a tool that saves us time.
Ultimately, this leads to a "Gmail retreat." I currently have two major clients who are starting to get so burnt out by the platform's learning curve that they have just started going back to Gmail to communicate. When clients naturally drift back to basic email because a dedicated platform feels too overwhelming, it defeats the purpose of bringing them into the ecosystem.
I genuinely love what you are building, which is why I want to see it succeed. For Rella to truly work for service providers like me, the client experience needs to match the quality of the creator experience. It needs to be dead-simple for non-tech-savvy clients who just want to review, give feedback, and approve work on the fly without a manual. I hope this feedback helps your product team streamline the client portal and notification system.

Totally agree! The clients side of this software needs to be made more user friendly. Simple and to the point.

Easier content approval process with single click
Nichole Martin
My clients don’t seem to like the hassle of clicking the drop-down status when approving content. A feature I think that would really benefit clients and make things much easier for them is offering something the way that Ella does for us. Where you can accept individual post or have an ‘Accept all” option. Same thing with decline. And if they select decline, it pulls up the feedback box.
Someway giving them a single click to accept rather than changing the status of the post

My clients consistently struggle to use Rella. Even after I walk them through it, they end up frustrated and I resort to sending them the Canva link instead. This is a huge user experience problem that needs to be addressed.

Hi Nicole Sileo would you be able to provide more details on what your clients find difficult with Rella?
