It would be really helpful to have some kind of organization 'master calendar' to show all posts across clients in a calendar view. This would help in tracking to make sure everything is going accordingly for client posts.

Hi Rella team!

We manage multiple social clients inside Rella, and right now each client lives in its own Social Group with its own isolated calendar. That works fine at the single-client level, but it creates a visibility gap for teams managing many accounts.

What would be incredibly helpful is the ability to create a “Group” or “Master” calendar that can display multiple Social Groups on one unified view.

For example:

Account Manager A manages 5 clients, each client already has their own Social Group + calendar. We could assign those 5 Social Groups to that Account Manager. The Account Manager could then open one calendar that shows all posts across all 5 clients, color-coded or labeled by brand

This would allow:

Seeing who is posting on which days across all clients, quickly spotting overloads, easier workload planning for posting, approvals, and edits, and much clearer ownership for teams managing multiple brands.

Right now we have to click in and out of each client’s calendar to understand our daily workload, which makes it much harder to plan and stay ahead.

A grouped or multi-calendar view (similar to how Google Calendar lets you overlay calendars) would be a huge upgrade for agencies and multi-account teams!!!

It would be nice to see one calendar that shows what is happening with ALL social spaces to quickly view what is being posted.

For example I have a status for when the content is made but I still need my captions and hashtags added. It would be great to have an option where I can view all my clients spaces at once including board & calendar view, so I can do different tasks in bulk such as creating the content, then coming back to do the copywriting and also just seeing a group calendar of all of my clients content upload schedule
