My clients all work within the wedding industry, so we are constantly including vendor lists and shoutouts etc in the caption of posts. I need to gather these lists from them prior to posting but there isn't a good way to do it right now. If there was a whiteboard section for each month (within project, social space, wherever it needs to go per client), it could be a link shared with them with a 'deadline' to complete (preferably) and they could go in and add in any necessary vendors I should be aware of, or any other notes they want me to be aware of - like exciting upcoming events or preferences for a post they have an idea for, etc. 
Basically just need an open chat space that isn't complicated for the client and streamlines communication and organization in this way! 
Maybe it's in the form of a questionnaire each month? Example "Please fill out the following tasks that need completed and add any additional notes for the month here" ? 
Currently: Creating a post and having them participate in the notes or public chat sections feels clunking for what I need from them. Would love to have some kind of whiteboard/open chat feature! THANKS!!

What we REALLY need is a way to do three things seamlessly.
(1) Submit a creative request to a designer on Rella.
(2) They send back and we leave internal edits.
(3) We turn that into a client approval where they don't see the creative request and internal back in forth before it got to them.

Hi Guest, this is possible within Rella! 🥳
To request assets click "Share" on a Project or individual post and update the access from "View" to "Assets."
Once your designer has uploaded media to the requested post they can update the status for internal review.
You can also create a custom statuses to manage internal and client reviews as separate columns within the same board!

Natacha from Rella Yes, however I'm looking for the New Content task to be more adaptable. I want room to make more clear directions to the designer versus just in the notes, and then less manual "need to delete the notes" before I share with the client.
Right now it's very manual.
We use the Notes to input the creative request and assign to designer for internal revisions.
But before we share with the client we have to go back and delete all the internal information we put on the task. It would be great if there was a internal creative process that when you then clicked Submit For Client Review hid the internal sections.
