'Saves' tracked in analytics reports
Sierra Garrido
Would love to pull in the amount of Saves our posts get on Instagram and TikTok. This is not currently in the analytics reports

Adding "Saves" to the posts section in the analytics report. I'm currently with Metricool and their analytics are really in-depth.

Hootsuite offers robust competitive analysis features within its platform
C
Claribel Hernandez
Hootsuite allows users to benchmark their social media performance against competitors by tracking metrics like posting frequency, audience growth, engagement, and top-performing posts across platforms like X, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Business accounts. Hootsuite's own competitive analysis tool focuses on analyzing and comparing content strategies and performance with other brands, rather than solely providing market share data for competitors.

Better, More In-Depth Cross Channel Analytics
H
Hannah Miner
I need more in-depth analytics, especially in the cross-channel section. I am hesitant to switch over all my accounts from Agorapulse because Rella has a much less comprehensive analytics setup.
- Having a comparison feature is a must. I need to be able to compare the analytics from one period to a previous period. I don't want to be tracking this information manually.
- The ability to separate paid media from organic analytics would also be particularly useful. Not being able to see how much of our reach is due to paid media is frustrating.
- It would also be useful to be able to see the number of mentions, as well as audience demographics for our social media audience as a whole, rather than just Instagram.
- Having a chart that shows our audience's active times throughout the day/week would be nice so that we can plan out posts easier.

The filter between paid and organic posts is huge! We need to be able to see what numbers are being attributed to organic vs paid posts.

Can there a be a way to see all Meta data together (or an option to click) instead of seperating IG + FB

Deeper Analytic Upgrades!
C
Christina Woodall
Can we please have a better Analytics system?
*Ability to view the past 3 months in one view so I can compare each month side by side.
*Ability to see what time/day the posts were most engaged with and be able to compare those to the prior months.
*Ability to customize what my client sees when they view the analytics link.
*Ability to see the Ads reports. A breakdown of views Organic vs Paid.
*Ability to break down the engagement to see where the numbers are coming from in one view.
*I would also like the option to customize and print the analytics to a PDF for clients.
The reports are very limited from what I am use to with Vista Social reports and my clients are use to a more in-depth look into what's working and what's not. I understand we have an AI tool to use but the process is rather time consuming.
