It would be AMAZING if the video feedback section could keep all comments in one view instead of having to watch the entire video again to find the next timestamp and leave additional comments. It is too many clicks for me and for the client to leave me comments.

It will be easier a layout similar to Frame.io, where all comments are displayed in a single view with their timestamps. You can leave comments as you watch the video, and you close this view at the end of the review process. This would make the review process much faster and easier.
