I love the public views - great option to work with clients. I wonder an social space automation to do the following because I have two different client types to consider.
  1. Are clients that need to approve their content this one is pretty self explanatory.
  2. The second type is clients that allow us the freedom to create and post without approval but we would still like to allow them the ability to see the calendar with what is being posted.
To my understanding you need to select the posts that are visible in public view. It would be nice to have an automation or rule that would automatic include them in public view based on status. ie. it would be visible in public view if the status was 'approval needed', 'scheduled' and 'published'. May set this space wide?
Right now for our clients that we don't need approval for, I need to manually go in and remember to add the post. Seems like added work and extra stuff. A pain if you have a one off couple of posts here or there.
