Currently I use Monday.com to hold all of my clients information and data. I'd love to be able to transfer all of the information over such as logins, their contracts, send and/or track invoices and have new templates we can add of tables and be able to customise the columns.

Would be great with some easy project management tool as well besides the kanban board - to upload some documents, create a simple digital strategi and assign tasks outside just content but related to it. Not Notion-level (thats why we're here instead) but a more simple version. I would like to be able to skip excell/notion and just use Rella.

Natacha from Rella when I tried to do this, it copies the "client info, client branding" tabs across all my projects under that social space. But I want to be able to have a project for "idea, in progress, approved, etc." for content and a project for client information. If that makes sense. Is there a way to change the statuses for each specific project instead of them copying over automatically?

Hi Ashley Lumpkins Media, at the moment statuses are maintained throughout the entire social space. A workaround would be to have a new social space called: ONBOARDING or CLIENT INFORMATION and create a new project for each client.
And if you need your clients to see the content in the onboarding folder, just share that specific folder with them. They will not be able to see the other client projects that are not shared with them.
