The client can type us a note in the activity, but we can't type back to them. I don't want to make them a member and give them access to everything else - but very often we do need to communicate back and forth.

If multiple clients are making notes in activity, they should be able to see that.

I've had several clients mention that they can't see their colleague's notes and thus don't know if they've approved the content or not. We don't want to give them member access because we don't want them to see our internal notes or other client folders.

Clients should be able to see all notes made on a post, especially when there's multiple people in the approval/reviewal process!

Natacha from Rella What I meant was on the right side, when someone leaves a comment others cannot see it. I wish there was a way to toggle on something that allows anyone with the link (regardless if they are signed in or not) to see all comments anyone has made on the right side

Natacha from Rella This would be an issue because I do not want to give my clients access to editing captions or making any changes to the posts, or potentially seeing internal communication that is not meant for them. I feel like we want a way to have a "chat" style log where anyone can comment and respond to a specific post.
