When you send content to a client, there isn't a feature that tells you whether or not you have sent a piece(s) of content to approval. This is helpful as if things go missing, or the client doesn't receive a link (or just doesn't review content in time) it allows us to keep track of when we sent content for approval/how long it has been since the client was sent the link/if we sent the link at all
